Don't tell a customer that an app is not possible to be made. Two things will happen, you lose the client to someone else or you can tell them that you would like to research their specs and get back to them.

The tricky part of creating apps, is making sure that what a client needs can be made and approved. NEVER tell them that apple will approve their app, regardless if you know 100% that it will. You don't want to be at the receiving end if apple rejects the app....
