🔔 Billing Update: Enhancing Your Experience
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving customer visibility and giving you more control, we’re making updates to our billing system.
What to Expect During the Transition
You may have already received an email from [email protected], we assure you this is legitimate and simply the first step in our transition. We’re moving to a new payment processor, HighRadius, to deliver a more streamlined and user-friendly billing experience.
During this transition, you may notice a temporary adjustment to your billing schedule:
✅ May payment will be processed on June 1
✅ June payment will be processed on June 10
✅ Starting in July, payments will return to the 1st of each month
If you’ve already made a manual payment in May, you will not be charged again on June 1. We appreciate your patience as we complete this upgrade and work to improve your overall experience.
📌 Action Required: New Payment Portal Access
If you haven’t received your registration email for our new HighRadius payment portal, please reach out so we can resend it.
With the new portal, you’ll be able to:
✔️ Make payments
✔️ Update billing details
✔️ View invoices
