*Gas operated door closer.
*8 inch wind turbine for ventilation.

*Meets FEMA regulations and has been tested at Texas Tech wind and science engineering research center.
*Shelters are designed and constructed with your protection in mind. They are reinforced with fiber mesh as well as steel rebar. They are poured with a minimum of 6000 psi concrete(a normal driveway is 3000psi). The concrete is 4inches thick.

~ALL SAFE ROOMS HAVE 36" WIDE DOORS~ MANUFACTURED FROM 2 SHEETS OF STEEL. THE OUTER SKIN IS 3/16 AND THE INNER SKIN IS 12 GUAGE WITH Z BRACING

~WARRANTY~
* The manufacturer warrants that there will be no leakage in the concrete structure for a period of 10 years, from the date of installation. This includes the seal where the two units are joined. The warranty does not include moisture that may appear from time to time in the form of condensation.
