This wasn't how I found a user's computer (although I suppose I've been guilty of 20 or so tabs myself..) this is how I stress test memory sometimes.

Well, it's been a real challenge these last few months juggling work and professional life and I have had to screen calls or put responses on the back burner sometimes because I've been dealing with a lot. Between some severe family medical issues, buying a house, moving into that house, and all the personal sad stuff I'm not going to put into this message, I am trying to pace myself and make it through. I am not a company. I am a human being and the human part is being especially difficult this summer. I am still here to help, but your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. - Jeremy
