Saved the Pumpkin King just in time for October 31st! 🎃

Jack was completely lifeless on the workbench broken linkage, fried board logic, and dead power delivery. A bit of solder, circuit tracing, and motor diagnostics later, and he's fully animated and operational again.

Bringing a GoPro Karma back from the dead!
This one came in with severe mainboard damage and a completely corrupted OS, requiring deep level repairs to bring it back to life:

Board-Level Repairs: Direct micro-soldering to test points on the circuit board to bypass damaged power rails and establish communication.

OS Re-Flash: Hooked into the low-level bootloader to re-flash the core Linux system kernel from scratch after the hardware fix.

Back in the Air: Fully reassembled, boots right up, camera feed is live.

When a premium video card starts throwing memory errors or crashing under load, most places will just tell you to buy a new one. But when replacement costs are this high, scrapping an entire card over a few bad chips makes zero sense.

We just finished up a repair on a GPU that was failing due to faulty VRAM. Instead of tossing it, we went to work under the microscope—desoldered the dead modules and micro-soldered new memory chips onto the board.

After a heavy round of stress testing, it’s running great, and the customer is getting their card back for a fraction of what a replacement would cost.

Most shops see a severed flex cable and see trash. To them, "repair" means ordering a new part and waiting two weeks.

We try to do things differently.
Instead of waiting on a replacement, we went to work under the microscope. We meticulously aligned and soldered the cut flex cable back together restoring every individual trace by hand.
