PUBLIC NOTICE — OUTSTANDING PAYMENT FOR AV SERVICES
As of today, payment for audiovisual services provided for the 2025 Springfield Pride Parade remains outstanding. Despite repeated good-faith attempts to resolve this matter, payment has not been issued and communication has ceased.

This is not an isolated issue. Over the past three (3) years, multiple vendors have reported unpaid services connected to Springfield Pride events, including Michael Grant of Give Music LLC and Boston Audio Rentals LLC, among others.

This pattern is reflected in public court records:

This notice is directed to Springfield Pride leadership and the sponsors and community partners publicly listed in support of the event:

These organizations publicly promote values of inclusion, equity, and community support. Allowing vendors to remain unpaid for contracted services places an unfair burden on local small businesses and undermines those values.

Transparency, accountability, and payment are not optional. Immediate acknowledgment and resolution are required.
