**Sometimes we're so busy chasing the next goal that we forget to celebrate how far we've come.**

Over the last 6 months, I haven't just been "working on a business." I've been building an ecosystem.

✅ Launched and rebranded multiple websites.
✅ Built the foundation for EmpoweredTec.
✅ Expanded Easton Engravings with new products and custom services.
✅ Developed NFC and QR solutions to help businesses own their digital presence.
✅ Learned Microsoft Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint, and business automation to create better client experiences.
✅ Built workflows instead of relying on manual processes.
✅ Designed marketing materials, landing pages, and branded content.
✅ Invested in new equipment and learned new technologies.
✅ Continued growing my skills in Microsoft 365, AI, cybersecurity, web design, and business systems.
✅ Started laying the foundation for E3 Kollective—a community built around creators, businesses, and connection.

Has everything gone according to plan? Absolutely not.

I've faced setbacks, grief, frustration, and moments where I questioned everything. But every challenge pushed me to build something stronger.

I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm no longer where I started.

Everyone keeps talking about AI building businesses.

Meanwhile, I'm over here building the actual foundation.

For E3-Xchange, I'm creating SharePoint lists, designing data structures, mapping forms, building Power Automate workflows, tracking records, managing permissions, and making sure information flows where it's supposed to go.

AI can help generate ideas.

AI can help write code.

AI can help explain concepts.

But AI can't magically understand your business processes, your customers, your workflows, your compliance requirements, or how your data should be organized.

Some things still require planning, testing, troubleshooting, and good old-fashioned problem solving.

Technology isn't about replacing knowledge.

It's about amplifying knowledge.

The people who will win aren't the ones who blindly rely on AI.

Today I'm building lists.
