All Design Projects require a 50% deposit of amount quoted and/or a deposit may be required for any outsourcing necessary for the production of some products/services provided by iDESiGN-christopherDESiGN with all balances due upon completion and delivery of product or service. No product/service will be sent to production or delivered without a signed proof by the individual or authorized entity
stated and signed off by the individual who originally placed that specific order. Please allow two weeks for standard design projects to provide a "proof" copy. Faster turn around times may be available depending on projects in process and/or the complexity of a design or animated file. Please inquire on turn around times for tangible products that may be outsourced to company's outside ProVISION Graphix associates and branch companys. iDESiGN-christopherDESiGN is not responsible for production timeframes provided by involving outsourced products/services, however, will assume responsibility of communication with relative outsourced providers and managing those details, communicating stated timeframes of said entity accurately and punctually. Payment plans are available on extensive and complex projects and royalties may be due depending on any consistent commercial display of any imaging, advertising or designs produced by iDESiGN-christopherDESiGN or ProVISION Graphix. All details will be stated in writing and signed off by authorized individual overseeing stated project or design. Prices are subject to change without immediate notice and projects may be paused to make necessary adjustments and, in certain circumstances, an additional deposit may be required as a result of an increase and payment may be required to proceed to completion of stated product or service. ProVISION Graphix will communicate to the customer details in a reasonable timeframe and may require more time for stated order to be produced or complete.
