Brand new phishing campaign going on using DocuSign. Received a legitimate DocuSign request for a referal program at one of our vendors. All of the links and return emails seemed legit. Inside the document was a request for W2, business banking and other tax information so that I could be "Paid" for my referral. Incredibly sophisticated and confirmed with the company that it was nefarious.

Long story short if you receive ANY docusign requests asking for sensitive information, make sure to confirm with the requestee before signing it.
