The Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome a brand-new class of leaders into Vision XXI, our community leadership development program! 🎉

The 2026–2027 class brings together an incredible group of individuals representing businesses, organizations, and communities from Harker Heights and throughout the surrounding area. Each participant brings their own experiences, talents, and perspectives to the program, and we cannot wait to watch the connections and leadership skills they develop along the way. 🤝

Vision XXI is about more than learning — it’s about becoming a stronger leader and gaining a deeper understanding of the community around you. I used to think being “always available” made me a good business owner.

Turns out it just meant nobody had to respect my time, because I never asked them to.
