A strong password is important. MFA adds another lock. With multi-factor authentication turned on, a stolen password alone may not be enough to access your account.

A growing scam called ClickFix is tricking users with fake CAPTCHA checks and bogus update messages. Instead of checking a box, the site secretly copies a command to your clipboard and tells you to paste it into Windows Run or PowerShell. If you hit Enter, you may install malware directly onto your device.

👉 No real website will ever ask you to copy and paste a command into Windows Run or PowerShell to verify you're human.

Real CAPTCHAs:
✅ Check a box
✅ Ask you to identify images
✅ Have you solve a simple puzzle

They do NOT:
❌ Open Windows Run
❌ Launch PowerShell
❌ Ask you to paste commands
