Coastside.Net has experienced intermittent outages throughout the day related to damaged fiber optic cables coming over 92 from San Mateo. At first only HMB was effected but the cable has gotten worse and now fiber to Moss Beach/Montara is now effected as well. It's likely people will experience problems with AT&T/U-verse service as well as they use the same fiber route.

AT&T crews have been dispatched to repair the damaged cable but we don't have an estimate on when repairs will be done and service fully restored.

We'll continue to post updates on our website (www.coastside.net) and on our phone system (650-712-5900) as more information becomes available.
