We received an email overnight from one of our customers who had also spoken to one of your employees when they called after hours. He was very complimentary and I wanted to pass along his feedback. Your efforts left a positive impression on one of our customers which is exactly the kind of relationship we both desire. Thank you!

PS. Lori (at your answering service) was sharp by the way! Only answering service I've called that sounded that smart, got my complicated name right, and made sure they wouldn't let me hang up until they got every detail - even insisting I provide our address. :-) I've been in business for a long time and never heard an answering service act that professionally! Nicely done!
