Job Title: US IT TA/Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Description:
1. Source, screen, and onboard all kind of visa candidates for IT consulting opportunities.
2. Handle the entire Bench Sales cycle, from onboarding consultants to successfully placing them on client projects.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendor’s, guiding them through the secure placement opportunities.
4. Assist candidates with resume preparation and interview coaching to enhance their chances of placement.
5. Market candidates to clients and Tier-1 vendors using effective marketing techniques.
6. Maintain a database of candidates and track their availability and work authorization status.
7. Stay informed on visa classifications (OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H1B) and US employment regulations.
8. Collaborate with the training team to ensure candidates receive relevant technical and soft skills training.
9. Market IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) effectively to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
10. Coordinate and schedule interviews for consultants, providing timely feedback and updates.
11. Customize and update consultant resumes as per job requirements.
12. Stay updated on market trends, visa regulations, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in OPT recruitment or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Bench Sales or IT recruitment.
3. Good understanding of US work authorization and visa regulations.
4. Good communication, interpersonal, MS Office and Chatgpt skills.
5. Strong understanding of visa classifications and employment tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and marketing techniques.
