Spent the morning re-engineering our email sending stack from the ground up.

Two verified sending domains. 2048-bit DKIM signatures on every message. DMARC alignment with daily aggregate reports landing in a real inbox. HMAC-signed webhook receivers feeding a custom CRM that tracks every delivery, open, click, and bounce in real time. Domain reputation monitored at Google Postmaster across four properties. 2FA on every account that touches outbound.

Most "enterprise email" out there is Gmail with a paid upgrade. Fine for the kid's soccer schedule. Not fine for a client engagement that matters.

LoadLens runs multiple ML models simultaneously, grades every prediction against real grid data, and automatically re-calibrates when conditions change — EV adoption spikes, solar generation ramps, extreme weather events.
