Thanksgiving - November 24th - 30th
Christmas through New Years - December 22nd - January 5th

We're pretty much following the school schedule so we can see our kids!

I know its not quite over, but its been an awesome year! Thank you to all our supporters. Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year if we don't hear from you in-between!

Afternoon everyone! Apparently there is a large fiber outage affecting our entire network and surrounding areas. We are working with our providers to figure out an ETA for restoration. Thank you for being patient while we work through this!

Evening! We were made aware of a fiber outage for the Eustace and Payne Springs area. Seems it went down at 7:00 am and is currently still down. We have put measures in place to reroute traffic to another fiber node. (What a process!)

Additional work will need to be done when the fiber is restored, but for now all our fine folks in Eustace/Payne Springs area should be back up and running. Some of you may experience differences in speed while running on the new route, we will have it all back to normal as soon as our fiber provider fixes their end.

I'm sure you are all aware of the delightful weather we have been having. We are aware that there have been ongoing outages, between fiber fluctuations and power outages we are doing all we can to keep everyone up for as long as the battery backups will allow. Good day everyone! In my haste to notify all our existing customers of our holiday hours I left the rest of you out in the cold! We are going to be closed for the remainder of the year so we can spend some time with our families for the holidays. We will be back open January 3rd.
