We’re Hiring – IT Support Technician (Level 1 / Level 2)
Digital Network Solutions is looking for a reliable IT technician who enjoys solving problems and helping businesses with technology.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5
After-hours: Scheduled Coverage - Weeknights and Weekends
What you’ll do:
• Troubleshoot computers and user issues
• Support networks (WiFi, routers, internet connectivity)
• Work with Microsoft 365 and business applications
• Setup and deploy PCs and equipment
• Provide remote and occasional onsite support
• Cable Clients Office
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience with Windows computers and basic networking
• Is dependable and communicates well with clients
• Enjoys troubleshooting and learning new technology
• Can work independently and as part of a team
Experience welcome not required:
• MSP experience
• Microsoft 365 or Active Directory experience
• IT certifications
Pay and Benefits:
• $45k-$55k depending on experience
• Benefits include Medical 50% paid, Simple IRA 3% match
• Mileage Reimbursement and Phone Reimbursement $40
• Must have reliable transportation, insurance and driver's license
• Lifting at least 30 pounds and comfortable on a 6-12-foot ladder
