We have identified an issue at the Holland water tower as a bad power source. We’re working to isolate the issue.
Update: We have installed a new breaker, hopefully to isolate the issue.

Currently, there is an outage going on with our wireless tower in Wellsburg. We are in route to figure out what’s going on and assume it’s something to do with all the hail.

The battery backup for our cable system is out after the power outage. Technicians are in route to power on and change out battery back up ETA 7:30 to 8 AM.

Power is down in Wellsburg. Currently the wireless is affected and part of the town is affected. Battery backups are currently running keeping the plant going. Generator is on the way.

We are currently having an active issue with cable modems in Wellsburg Iowa. We are working on the issue right now.

Wellsburg fiber optic coming soon! We have reached the midpoint of our deployment. Notably, our competitor has recently taken notice and is attempting to compete with us. It is interesting to observe that they have become motivated to compete now that we have entered the market, despite showing no interest for years. We would like to remind everyone that we are the local company, dedicated to serving this community. We greatly appreciate the business of our valued customers.
