The remaining cable customers will be cut over tomorrow, June 4th, beginning at 9:30am. As we continue to migrate customers to the new feed, please note that our vendor is still making adjustments to the equipment to address a few remaining bugs and glitches. We apologize for any and all inconveniences during this transition and appreciate all of our customers!!

TV Service Update:

All of our new video equipment has arrived and is now installed and operational. Beginning today, June 2, we will start transitioning customers to the new video feed.
This change will be completed in phases, so not everyone will be switched over today. We will be moving different sections of town to the new feed on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. By the end of the week, all customers will be viewing the new feed.
Once your service has been transitioned, please remember to re-scan your TV channels to receive the updated channel lineup.
If you experience any issues or need assistance setting up your TV, please contact our office to schedule a service visit. We will be happy to help.

📢 Planned Maintenance Notice
Our team will be performing scheduled maintenance beginning at 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26.
No outage is expected during this work; however, there is a possibility that a temporary outage could occur.

We have a small update regarding our upcoming cable TV provider switch — there has been a delay in equipment delivery so we're anticipating the transition to now happen on or before June 5, 2026.

The good news? Cable customers don't need to do a thing before the switch happens!

However, if you'd like hands-on help with channel scanning once the switch occurs, we'd love to add you to our Channel Scanning Assistance List. Just reach out and we'll get you signed up!
