Do you want to participate in a Call of Cthulhu (7th edition) module play test?
Our friend William is looking for 4 - 6 players to play test his module "Something's Wicked Fishy at Narragansett Pier".
Here's what you need to know:
Players: Nominally 4-6, (Pregen characters provided)
Timing: Should take 4-6 hours over 2 sessions, but as this is a playtest, duration is less certain.
Experience: Better for returning players familiar with Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition, but, newcomers are welcome
Acknowledgement: As play testers, participants will receive acknowledgement in the published module!
Summary: "Ahhh, sun and fun on the Rhode Island shore as the summer season of 1900 draws to a close, but something is stirring on the shore of Narragansett Pier; something that should have been left alone:
A cursed relic from the Iceland Expedition secreted into a Narragansett Pier collection,
A Lesser-God entombed; a spiritualist corrupted. Where are those missing people and what does the town's mythology have to do with the solution?
The spirits are pushing for a peaceful solution,
The Chaotic Lesser-God and his Minions are searching for a solution filled with pieces, not just of Narragansett, but of the entire world whose order offends them.
Can the Investigators stop the God's rebirth and the pending apocalypse?
From the campus of of Miskatonic University to the Shores of Rhode Island, join the Rapid Response Team to puzzle out the ramblings of an insane Professor and an eccentric Narragansett spiritualist to find the lost and prevent the maelstrom."
