Who has one of the auto HTVRON heat presses that they would bring me to borrow for a day? I want to do a couple of videos with it to help save people the issues that they will get by using that heat press for DTF. It drives me insane that this company markets these heat presses to the DTF market and i hope to put out some videos to help save people money and not buy these for DTF!

Tip from The Print Shop.
When creating your artwork make sure you are creating it at the largest size that you need.

Example, if you are going to need that image in 3 different sizes, let’s say 12”, 11” and 8”. Make your design at 12” at 300 dpi and upload that image to gang sheet builder. Then in the builder duplicate the design and size it down to the next size needed and so on. That will keep your design at a high resolution for all sizes.

We see a lot of people uploading a 6” design and then stretching it to 12”, that’s how you get blurry, jagged and low resolution images and the print outcome is not as good or sometimes unusable.

Always scale down the design and not scale up.

Issues should now be fixed with the builder. We had some issues where gang sheets were not staying in the cart when you would switch to other items. Please let us know if you guys find anything else wrong. Sorry for any inconvenience

We are aware of a couple issues with the gang sheet builder and are actively working on the fix.

Thanks for your patience while the gang sheet builder was down. It is now back up and has been switched to a rolling gang sheet and gang sheet size has been incressed to 300" long. If you find any bugs please let us know!

Couple of important things.
The gang sheet builder will be down from 7-8pm today to switch it over to the rolling gang sheet builder. If you do not know what that change does it’s explained in earlier post.

Also we will be closed Saturday August 29th. Every year we attend the slingshot Carbon Monoxide awareness charity ride. It is something very important to us. We will post some pics from the event over the weekend.
