Do not be FOOLED, at some point ALL providers will face an outage. Be prepared. Have a backup plan. We have implemented a cellular backup to our BUSINESS subscribers at NO extra cost.

Update on Fiber. We have initiated the process of a 3 circuit that will hopefully prevent any future total outages situations. We will keep you updated on this process as well.
As far as issues with WIRELESS service, this is a wireless service and is the same as a WiFi router in your home. If you get too far from your router your service stops. If you go into other rooms it lags and does not work as good, this is called interference, but pushing the signal through the walls and stuff. The same thing happens with the antenna on side of homes, trees bloom blocking from tower, other wireless routers at nearby neighbors homes, passing vehicles etc as the list goes on and on. It was once a great platform, but with the demands of today’s streaming and load on the internet system, it is not longer stable. Certainly can not compare the wireless set ie to a fiber service. They are not even in the same ballpark. So when you have issues and have wireless, it is not even fair to compare to another company that is supplying fiber. While we are daily adding more and more fiber, eventually all the wireless issues will resolve themselves as less is being used.

We are in the process of making changes to the office so that calls, trouble tickets and outages get proper handling. This is all happing right now and there will be some disruptions in the call in service and such. We are dealing with a AC outage also in the office and it is too hot for office personnel right now until this is resolved as well. So I would like to urge customers to use your portal, and make tickets, and we will get to them as quickly as possible, or email us at [email protected] with issues.. or [email protected] for questions.
We do realize this is an inconvenience, but we also feel the outcome will be much more rewarding.
