Oracle users, how are you feeling about Oracle’s new AI-powered support portal?

The Register just covered the rollout, and the feedback hasn’t been great. People are struggling to find things they used to rely on, like old tickets, patch info, release schedules, and familiar document IDs.

We’re hearing the same thing from the community. There’s real frustration around how the portal launched and the lack of user input along the way.
