NOW HIRING for our Brick & Mortar Call Center in Greenville, South Carolina.

If you have customer service skills and a great attitude - we've got a great opportunity for you! This full-time role will support our client’s customers with locating medical offices, scheduling, canceling, or changing appointments, answering patient questions, and making outbound calls for appointment confirmations and rebookings.

This is a GREAT job for first time call center advisors!

There are many benefits of working onsite at Transcom GVL, such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation time, employee gym, mini market, free coffee, and a cafe onsite.

Starting pay of $15.00 but you can get up to $2 per hour in potential performance-based incentives each month!

This position is onsite at 650 Executive Center Dr. Greenville, SC 29615 but after 90 days, based on business need, advisors that meet the performance requirements have the option to move to work-at-home.
