Bob has a strong business background having worked for over 20 years for the Bank Of New York, where he was in charge of all Training, Management Development and Manpower Planning with a staff of over 40 individuals reporting to him. He went on from there to start Interactive Learning Systems, Inc. in Westport, CT, where he was the CEO. This company designed and produced computer-based and interac

tive video training programs for large corporations, including American Express, Pitney Bowes, Chemical Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Citytrust, Greater NY Savings Bank and many others. Bob grew up with horses and exhibited 3 and 5 gaited American Saddlebred horses all over the eastern United States and Canada. So, Bob's third career was as a General Manager of large horse farms, managing farms in Canton, GA, Boulder, CO, Ocala, FL and Freehold, NJ. Most of these farms were hunter/jumper show barns that exhibited on the "A" show circuit. The farm in NJ was a highly respected Dressage facility that bred Swedish Warmbloods and showed extensively.
