We apologize if you’re experiencing an outage apparently there is a tree down on a powerline and power is telling us an hour or two to have the power back on

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. If I could tell you an exact time and day that it would be resolved, I would and if I knew I would post it, but I don’t. Our whole tech team is working on the situation. Nobody’s ever encountered this we did change a switch out and also worked on the router trying to resolve the problem. It’s not just flip on a switch and Internet magically appears we’re not a spectrum or an Armstrong we’re very small Internet company trying to provide a service to our community and neighbors at very low cost. This hasn’t been enjoyable for me. It’s extremely technical if you have any wisdom on it we’re taking any insight and input. We narrow down FCC CERT SAS registration and our tech guys are working on it and as soon as I know a time line I will let everybody know for those of you being patient and understanding very much appreciated

Service Update: we apologize for the inconvenience, we are working hard to restore services as soon as possible. One of the main routers went down, it is taking longer than expected to correct especially since it is a holiday. We will let you know as soon as services are back up and running. Thank you

Attention Airwave Customers ; service is currently down due to switch going bad on the tower, crews are working on replacing the switch and restoring service as quickly as possible. Josh will be in contact as soon as the issue is resolved or check here for updates. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are currently having an outage with our Internet supplier due to the storm last night. They are saying the Internet should be back up and going by lunchtime sorry for the inconvenience. We will have it back up and running as soon as they have us on.
