Citation Manage™ provides a systemic approach to help companies manage federal, state, and international laws and regulations, reduce environmental impacts and management costs, achieve corporate ESG and sustainability, and satisfy conformance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Users can build a complete compliance assurance management system by determining their legal register of applicable requirem

ents, deciding on which regulatory mandated actions are required, and then creating tasks that take those actions to the point of compliance in the field. These tasks include owners, due dates, and frequency, along with cloud-based evidence record capability. In addition, updates to regulations associated to your project or any new regulations are automatically loaded into the system for your review. Here you can create a new version, with old versions of data saved and kept at the company’s disposal; This will assist with both internal and external audits, and compliance processes, by ensuring data is stored from specific points in time.

🚀 - Overcoming Challenges for Success! 🚀

It's crucial for individuals and organizations to identify and develop effective strategies to overcome these common compliance pain points in order to drive success! 🔝

1️⃣ Complex regulations and standards: Regulations are constantly changing, making it difficult for businesses to identify applicable ones and understand their nuances. 😵

2️⃣ Lack of resources: Allocating enough personnel, funding, and technology is a challenge for many organizations in effectively managing EHS compliance. 💼💰💻

3️⃣ Diverse stakeholders: Balancing the needs of employees, regulators, customers, and investors can be tricky. 🤝👥

4️⃣ Operational complexity: Compliance requirements add operational complexity, like managing hazardous materials and safety procedures. Tracking compliance work using spreadsheets or manual methods complicates matters further. 📋💼📝

OSHA is proposing to revise its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standard for construction, at 29 CFR 1926.95(c), to explicitly state that PPE must fit properly to protect workers from workplace hazards. The rule, which appeared in the 7/20/23 Fed. Reg., has a 60-day comment period (by 9/18/23).

https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/07/20/2023-15285/personal-protective-equipment-in-construction

This revision would align the language in the PPE standard for construction with the corresponding language in OSHA’s PPE standards for general industry and maritime and affirm OSHA’s interpretation of its PPE standard for construction as requiring properly fitting PPE.
