Freshly Squeezed Print Shop Freshly Squeezed Print Shop Freshly Squeezed is a local Grand Rapids based print shop specializing in letterpress.

Our century-old printing press is used to create custom hand-made stationary, business cards, posters, invitations and any other paper related products you can imagine. We print the old-fashioned way: hand fed paper, foot pedal operated and hand mixed inks. Take a step away from the digital for a unique product you can be proud of.

Today was a good day. It was officially our last day of retail* and that is still super weird to think about. We’ve been open almost every Saturday for the last 6 years and it has become a big part of my family’s life. But I am looking forward to the new routines we will create which will likely include breakfast at the local diner, hikes and bikes with the family, and sleeping in (just kidding, I have kids 😆). Thank you to everyone who stopped by today and on any other Saturday…what a blessing it has been to get to know so many of you over the years! Let’s stay in touch, k?

*We are not closing our business! We will be moving our shop in February (🤞🏼) and will no longer have retail shopping. You can still order custom letterpress goods, shop our online store, or make an appointment to visit in person 😎

WE’RE MOVING!! It still doesn’t feel real, but we have made the difficult and mostly unexpected decision to sell our truly special Fulton Street storefront. We have enjoyed the last six years in this building; our business grew, our family grew. We poured our hearts into a year and half of renovating the shop space and countless projects since then. Owning this property has been one of the greatest experiences of my life thus far. By far the best part has been getting to know so many of you that have walked through our front door on Saturday mornings with your Fulton Street Farmers Market veggies and Madcap Coffee coffee in hand (two of the best neighbors you could have in my opinion ☺️). I’ve had countless conversations about printing and about life with so many of you and I will dearly miss that. But rest assured, I will still be printing, just in a new location. There are still a few papers to sign before I tell you more about it, but it’s not too far away so you can still visit, make appointments, and enjoy all of the same letterpress goodness.

So, if you have ever been looking for an opportunity to purchase your own little live/work space, this might be just what you’ve been dreaming of.
