She pours so much into this industry and the people she cares about, and we’re so lucky to have her leading the way.

The September spam update is officially done. It wrapped up October 8 after almost two weeks, which is a lot longer than the other spam updates Google ran this year.

If your traffic has looked strange lately, check Search Console and compare September 24 to October 8 against the weeks before. Some rank trackers showed big swings that real searchers never saw, and a dip doesn’t automatically mean the update caused it.

A long spam update could mean Google is clearing the table for a bigger ranking change before the holidays. Its updated guidance leans hard on content that actually satisfies the person reading, skips fake author profiles, and wants AI content fact-checked before it goes live. So write for people first, and the search engine second.

Happy birthday, Megan!! 🥳

Megan recently made the move to Detroit, and while we’re missing having her in the office, we’re SO excited for her (and hey, we still have multiple team group chats, so we still get all the Spongebob memes)!

She’s a big sports fan, so she’s already been going to Detroit Tigers games, cheering on the Lions and even got our team set up with a fantasy football league!

Our work for Infinia Forma was named a winner in the Web Excellence Awards! 👏

Infinia Forma came to us with a strong creative direction and content foundation already in place. Sherry, our Creative Director, and the web team took it from there, pushing the vision a little further and bringing it all together into a polished, cohesive website.
