Update: Internet appears to be restored as of 5:57 pm.

The Fiber Hub in Coulee City is down due to overheating. PUD has crews on route to repair. No ETA at the moment.

UPDATE: Power should be restored by 11 am. If your service has not come back up please reboot your router by unplugging it from power for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Do not push the reset button.

We are currently dealing with a power outage we hope will be resolved soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

UPDATE: PUD is moving the maintenance to a new date due to potential storm warning and will update us when they decide which day they are moving it to.

As a reminder to those who may have missed the previous emails, please be advised that the PUD is expecting downtime for maintenance to all of the greater Grand Coulee Dam Area from midnight to 6 am tomorrow 3/27.

It appears service is starting to come back up. If your Internet is down still, try unplugging your router for 30 seconds. As a reminder, there is almost no reason to ever push your reset button, just a reboot will suffice.

Grant County PUD Fiber is down, hopefully we will get an update with any information soon.

We also are experiencing a text outage that could last up to a couple weeks due to regulation changes that require a lengthy approval process. We can receive but not send text at this time. Please email us at [email protected] with any issues while we wait for approval.

There is currently a county wide outage affecting internet and Verizon customers. No other info available at the moment.

There's currently an outage in parts of Electric City. Grant County PUD is working on repairing damaged fiber cable. During the repair, it is expected that more customers will lose their connection as well. Estimated down time is 5-10 hours.

Last night Grant County Fiber had some issues but we are unaware what caused it. Our customers have reported it wasn't much more than an hour of downtime. If your internet is still not working try rebooting (not reset) your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds. If you're on wireless you can also try rebooting your antenna.

Grant PUD has a power and fiber outage in the Grand Coulee and Electric City areas. Hubs 82, 83, 84, 85, 86 and 87 are impacted.
