Fair question. The word usually comes with a footnote, so here is ours in plain English.

Every employee can call. Not just the owner, not just one designated person. The front desk can call about her monitor without asking permission first.

No pre-approval. No per ticket invoice. Your monthly number stays the same even during a bad week. A real technician in the US answers.

What is not included: hardware, third party software licenses, and big projects like an office move. Those get quoted separately, up front.

Any other questions about how it works? Ask below and we will answer honestly.

People ask what unlimited actually means, so here it is:

Essentials, around $1,599 a month. Every employee can call, anytime, no approval needed and no bill per ticket. A real technician in the US answers. We monitor your machines, so we usually see the failing drive first. Patching and updates on a schedule. Backups managed, with restores actually tested. Security basics done right.

Professional, around $2,999 a month, works like having your own IT department. Everything above plus onsite support, server management, vendor management, and planning help from a fractional CTO.

No long term contract either way.

What is not included, so nobody is surprised later: hardware, third party software licenses, and big projects like an office move get quoted separately.

Yes. We are going to ask if you restarted it.

And yes, it works about 60 percent of the time, which is exactly why everyone resents the question.

Here is the actual reason it works. Most software problems are stuck state problems. Something got into a condition it was never built for. Restarting does not fix the bug, it just puts the machine back to a known starting point.

What actually annoys people is being asked three times by someone who is not listening. So our techs usually ask a better question first. When did it last work, and what changed since then?

Happy Friday. Go restart the thing.

Restarting the same thing every week? Something upstream is broken. Ask us to look.

One of our clients has been with us for over eight years.

Nothing was holding them there. We do not do long term contracts, so they could have left any month for eight years running.

That is the only number in this business worth bragging about. Year eight means we showed up for the boring parts. The server replacement nobody wanted to budget for. The Saturday migration that ran two hours long.

Our best months are the quiet ones.

Ask us for references in Granbury or Fort Worth. Happy to share.

Verizon studied 12,195 confirmed breaches for its 2025 report.

Here is the part nobody puts in the headline. The median ransom actually paid went down, from about $150,000 to about $115,000.

Why? More victims are restoring their own data instead of negotiating. Preparation is quietly winning.

One other finding worth your attention. Breaches involving a third party doubled, from 15 percent to 30 percent. That means your bookkeeper's portal, your vendor's remote access tool, and your industry software are now part of your risk.

Simple homework. Write down every company and person who has remote access into your systems. Then remove the ones who no longer need it.

Every time an employee thinks about calling IT, they run a quick calculation. Is this worth $150? Am I going to get in trouble for approving that? Never mind, I will work around it.

Do that twelve times a year, times twelve people, and you end up running a business where nothing gets reported until something is on fire.

Then it is not $150. It is a lost day plus emergency rates.

Hourly billing does not only charge you for problems. It teaches your team to hide them.

That is the reason our plans are unlimited. Anybody can call, anytime, no approval, no per-ticket invoice. Same number every month.

When you call us, a real technician in the US picks up.

No phone tree. No queue in another time zone. No proving to a script that you already restarted the router.

We can see your network while you are still talking, which is usually the whole difference between a two minute call and a two hour one.

15 years of doing this in Granbury has taught us something simple. Most fast fixes come from context, not genius. Knowing that this office's accounting software hates the March update. Knowing which switch runs hot in that building.

You cannot get that from a ticket form.

We hear this on almost every first visit: we are too small for anyone to bother with us.

Nobody bothered. That is the point.

Attacks today are automated. A script scans thousands of addresses looking for a firewall that has not been updated. It does not check your revenue first. It does not know your name.

You were not chosen. You matched.

The good news is that the fix is unglamorous. Keep the firewall and edge devices patched. Turn on multi-factor authentication. Test your restores. That handles most of what actually happens to businesses your size.

One of our clients got hit with ransomware. Files locked, ransom note on the screen, the whole thing.

They called us that night. We restored their data overnight. They opened the next morning like normal and paid the attackers nothing.

Here is the honest part. That outcome was decided months earlier, not that night. It worked because their backups had been tested, not just scheduled. A backup that says success in an email is not the same as a file somebody actually restored and opened.

It also worked because they called right away instead of quietly trying to fix it for four hours. They called because calling is included in what they pay us.

If you cannot remember the last time anyone restored a file from your backup, that is worth checking this week.

It is 8:05 on Monday morning and nobody can print.

Your office manager is on hold. Two people are texting you. Somebody knows a guy.

By 10:00 that is two hours gone across nine people, and it started with a printer.

Here is the part nobody talks about. When every call to IT costs money, your team stops calling. The printer stays broken for a month because nobody wants to be the one who spent $190 on it.

That is how a slow morning turns into a whole lost day.

Ours works the other way. Anyone on your team can call, anytime, no approval needed and no bill per ticket. When calling is free, people call early, and early is cheap.

What is the thing at your office everybody has quietly given up on?
