Congratulations to Jeff!

🔥 This week, we’re passing the torch to Jeff Favaloro, our campus VeraPro technician and resident technology expert! 💻

In the IT world, it truly doesn’t get better than Jeff. He is always prompt, patient, kind, and quite funny! No matter the issue, Jeff never makes a staff member or student feel like they should already know the answer. He simply jumps in, solves the problem, and gets us back on track.

Technology touches nearly everything we do each day, and we simply wouldn’t be able to do our jobs without Jeff being so great at his. His knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to help make everyone else’s job just a little bit easier.

We are so fortunate to have Jeff supporting our Lake family. Thank you, Jeff, for keeping us connected, keeping us running, and always doing it with a smile! ❤️🦁💻
