New on the blog: How Embroidery Orders Are Made: Inside the Production Process.

If you've ever placed an embroidery order and wondered what happens after you hit submit, this one's for you.

We walk through the full production process step by step: from digitizing your design into stitch data, to hooping, running the machine, trimming, and quality check.

Understanding the process helps you make better decisions on your order. Design complexity, thread count, and placement all affect how your final product looks.

Ever wonder why custom apparel takes the time it does? Here's what actually goes into your order timeline.

From the moment you confirm your design, here's what's happening on our end:

Pre-production: We review your artwork, confirm sizing and color specs, and source blanks if needed. This step alone can take 1-2 business days.

Production: Screen printing and embroidery are hands-on processes. Each job runs through setup, print or stitch, quality checks, and packaging. Depending on quantity and complexity, this is typically 5-7 business days.

Rush orders are possible, but they require coordination before we can commit. If you have a hard deadline, the earlier you reach out, the better we can serve you.

Bottom line: lead time exists because quality work takes time. We'd rather get it right than get it fast.

Custom screen-printed t-shirts, done right.

Whether it's 24 shirts for your team or 500 for your next event, screen printing is one of the most versatile and cost-effective ways to get your brand on apparel.

What makes screen printing the go-to for bulk orders: vibrant, long-lasting color; consistent results across large quantities; works on a wide range of fabrics; best price per unit at higher quantities.

We handle the artwork setup, screen prep, and production. You approve the design, we handle the rest.

What's the difference between DTF, screen printing, and embroidery -- and which one is right for your order?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is ideal for small batches, full-color artwork, or detailed designs. Screen printing wins on bulk orders with solid colors. Embroidery brings structure and longevity to hats, polos, and workwear.

Knowing the difference saves you time, money, and a reorder. Which method are you most curious about? Drop it below.

This order just came off our production floor.
12 black tees, white single-color screen print. What we check before any order ships: ink coverage edge-to-edge, no bleeding, no fading at the print edges. That's the result of a properly burned screen and a controlled squeegee pull.
No variation. No shortcuts. Consistent output on every piece.

Did you know the difference between DTF and screen printing could save your brand hundreds of dollars?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is your best bet for small runs, full-color designs, and detailed artwork. No setup fees. Perfect for 1 to 24 pieces.

Screen printing wins on bulk. Once your screens are set, the per-piece cost drops fast. Ideal for 24+ pieces in limited colors.

The right method depends on your quantity, design complexity, and budget. We help you choose before you pay a dime.

Which printing method have you used for your brand? Drop it below. 👇
