🏈🔥 BULLDOGS WIN! 🔥🏈

🐶 WHEELER COUNTY BULLDOGS — 28
⚔️ TREUTLEN VIKINGS — 16

THAT’S A BULLDOG VICTORY! 💪

Friday night football came a day early this week!

With the game moved to Thursday due to the approaching hurricane, the Wheeler County Bulldogs took the field a night ahead of schedule and came away with a 28–16 victory over the Treutlen Vikings!

After several tough weeks, it’s great to see these young men get back in the win column. The hard work, determination, and commitment to keep pushing forward paid off!

👏 Congratulations to the players and coaches on a well-earned win, and thank you to all the Bulldog fans who adjusted their schedules to come out and support the team!

🏆 And now the question is… WHO EARNED IT?

Stay tuned for this week’s GTC Player(s) of the Game!

🏆 PLAYERS OF THE GAME — THE BIG GUYS GET SOME LOVE! 🏆

This week, we’re recognizing THREE Bulldogs as GTC Players of the Game:

💪 #12 Jackson Scott
💪 #55 Luke Smith
💪 #66 Trey Williams

In a hard-fought overtime battle against Hawkinsville, this trio went to work in the trenches and combined for:

🛡️ 10 Tackles
🥞 30 PANCAKE BLOCKS

Thirty. Pancake. Blocks. 😳

The guys in the trenches don’t always get their names in the headlines, but football games are won and lost up front. This week, we’re making sure they get their recognition.

Three Bulldogs. Three signatures going on the Player of the Game belt. 🏆✍️

Congratulations Jackson, Luke & Trey!

🚜 **One wrong dig can knock out more than your own internet.**

Fiber lines run underground throughout our communities, including across rural properties. Hitting one while installing a fence, planting a tree, digging drainage, or doing another project can mean damaged facilities and service outages for you **and your neighbors**.

Before the shovel, auger, tractor, or excavator hits the ground:

📞 **Call 811 before you dig.**
🚩 Wait for utilities to be marked.
⚠️ Respect the markings.
⛏️ Dig carefully around marked facilities.

It’s a simple step that can prevent a very expensive mistake—and help keep your community connected.

**Know what’s below. Call 811 before you dig.**
