🌟🔧Employee Spotlight: Meet Caleb 🌟🔧
If you need something machined, repaired, welded, or brought back to life… Caleb is your guy!
Caleb has been part of the IPMR team for almost 2 years as one of our skilled machinists. He keeps busy running six manual lathes and milling machines, along with spray welding and mechanical repair work.
His favorite part of the job is taking a mechanical component that isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do and working through the process from beginning to end until it’s back in action. There’s something pretty satisfying about turning a problem into a finished part that works.
Outside the shop, Caleb stays busy spending time with his kids, playing soccer, and working out. He’s also fascinated by aviation—which makes sense for someone who spends his workdays making sure things are precisely where they’re supposed to be. ✈️
Fun fact about Caleb: He’s lived in four different states!
And when it comes to his approach to life, Caleb keeps it simple:
