TMPress Special Report ... State Dept Warns of Possible Sanctions on Any Country Purchasing Russia's S-400 ... US State Department's spokesperson Heather Nauert said during briefing that Washington was against a possible purchase of Russian S-400 air defense systems by its allies around the world. Previously, Russia and Turkey signed a loan agreement on the sale of the S-400s to Ankara, causing a backlash from the US that threatened to impose sanctions against if Turkey proceeded with the agreement.

US State Department doesn't rule out that a purchase of Russian S-400 air defense systems may cause sanctions on any country around the world.

TMPress Special Report ...“The government needs to recognise the state of Palestine immediately, whilst there is still a state left to recognise.” ... "We are dealing with the reality that this forceful eviction & demolition, this breach of international law, this hammerblow to the two state solution is taking place as we sit here today. We are all frankly tired of wasting our breath asking what can be done to cajole or compel the Netenyahu government to start listening – because it is all just a waste of breath."

TMPress Special Report ... by Andrew Korybko ... India’s WhatsApp Mob Lynchings Might Turn Its “Democracy” Into A Dystopia ... The future looks very dark for India if it begins censoring social media, no matter the noble intent that might be behind this move in stopping mob lynchings, because the potential for abuse is highly likely and the country could be torn apart because of it: "The “world’s largest democracy” might descend even further into dystopia than it already is if the government exploits the recent spree of WhatsApp mob lynchings to censor social media, weaponize crowd control tactics, and then unleash millions of future militiamen against so-called “anti-national” groups."

TMPress Special Report ... by Andrew Korybko ... Pro-American Armenia Carried Out A Regime Change Against The CSTO ... The US is encouraging Armenia to do everything that it can to sabotage its historic relations with Russia while insincerely claiming to be interested in bettering them: "The newly installed “velvet” government in Armenia just arrested the head of the Russian-led Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) on the supposed pretense that he played a role in successfully quashing the failed 2008 Color Revolution attempt that ultimately led to the imprisonment of the country’s current Prime Minister, with the Yerevan authorities passively-aggressively hiding behind claims that this is a purely “internal matter” to de-facto carry out their regime change against the bloc and provoke an American-encouraged rupturing of relations with Russia."

TMPress Special Report ... Why’d A Former Russian Oligarch Send Journalists To An African War Zone? ... All of Russia is still in shock after the news began streaming in yesterday evening that three of their country’s journalists were killed in the war-torn Central African Republic (CAR), a country that scarcely anyone knows anything about or can even locate on a map. Although the circumstances surrounding their deaths at what is widely believed to be the hands of one of CAR’s dozen or so rebel groups have yet to be confirmed, it’s being widely reported that they were killed at a rural checkpoint and that only their local driver survived. Another fact that’s now known is that the three men were officially in the country as tourists but were secretly working on a project with self-exiled Russian oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky to expose the activities of Russia’s private military companies (PMCs, colloquially known as “mercenaries”) in CAR.Khodorkovsky is ultimately responsible for the deaths of these three men because he dispatched them to the ultra-dangerous Central African Republic to dig up dirt on Russia's peacemaking activities in Africa: "The killing of three oligarch-connected Russian journalists in the war-torn Central African Republic has cast a spotlight on the irresponsible and ultimately lethal lengths that Khodorkovsky is willing to go in order to discredit President Putin."

TMPress Special Report ... Ceuta Onslaught: How Gaddafi's Grim Prophecy for Europe is Coming True ... The flow of migrants coming to Europe from Africa is likely to grow in the coming years, writes Sputnik Germany contributor Bernhard Schwarz. For decades Libya served as a firewall halting the tide of refugees heading to the EU. Now when Libya lies in ruins European leaders see that late Colonel Muammar Gaddafi was right, Schwarz stressed. Former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's "prophecy" is turning into reality with destitute Africans violently storming the Spanish-Moroccan border on July 26, writes Sputnik Germany contributor Bernhard Schwarz, stressing that the event sends a strong signal to Berlin.

TMPress Special Report ... South Africa’s Boers Are Putting Russia On The Horns Of A Dilemma ... by Andrew Korybko ... Russia needs to balance humanitarian and geopolitical interests in order to advance a "compromise" solution that provides for the Boers' welfare but also takes care not to offend its BRICS partner South Africa: ... "The planned migration of 15,000 South African Boers to Russia is forcing the host country to choose between welcoming these new arrivals for humanitarian reasons or complicating their efforts to flee for geopolitical ones." ... Racist Misperceptions ... RT just published an article quoting a Rossiya 1TV report about a delegation of 30 South African farming families that travelled to the country’s southern Stavropol Region in preparation for the planned migration of 15,000 Boers there in the coming future. This community of white farmers has been increasingly victimized by killings and other crimes since the end of Apartheid in 1994, and with the new government of Cyril Ramaphosa vowing to seize their land without compensation, they understandably feel under threat enough to the point of fleeing their homeland for protection. The intertwined issue of the Boers and their farms involves human and land rights, though legitimate questions pertaining to racial victimhood and inherited property have been largely overlooked after political extremists hijacked this emotive debate.
