We execute the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) hiring incentive program as designed. Gone are the days of screening applicants halfway through the hiring process in an applicant tracking system (ATS). For decades, large employers have been limited, because they can only access the tax credits of those who apply in their ATS. At the same time, small employers could not easily access hiring incen

tives. We aim to disrupt the current tax credit value chain by integrating with Job Boards, Job Board Software, HR/Payroll Companies and more. Via these integrations, we have unlocked hundreds of millions of dollars in credits that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.
