With Biz-Tech Services’ PayPal Integration for Acumatica, customers can pay part of a PayPal invoice while your team continues tracking the outstanding balance directly in Acumatica. For example, a $100 invoice can receive a $40 payment, while the same invoice remains open for the customer to pay the remaining $60—no new invoice is required.
Acumatica keeps the original payment amount intact while tracking the cumulative PayPal Paid Amount and Partially Paid status. Once the full amount is collected, the next status check releases the payment automatically. Teams can also filter the PayPal Payment Processing screen for partially paid invoices to monitor outstanding collections efficiently.
This gives finance teams better visibility, reduces manual reconciliation, and keeps Sales Orders, Invoices, and Payments aligned throughout the payment lifecycle.
