Thank you to everyone who still follows me. I just want to reiterate that I specialize in consumer electronics and want to help. If you're looking for something new or want to get the best out of what you have, I am the person who can make that happen. Please share this to anyone that you think might be interested in getting something new. Or trying to take care of what they have. Unfortunately, high-end box stores are no longer a thing and knowledgeable people are only on the internet. I have designed high-end workstations for state organizations. I have repaired the loliest of 6-year-old laptops and cell phones and everything in between. I have certificates and degrees specifically in audio and acoustic engineering, which means that I can move your speaker 3 inches and make your whole room sound better. This is not a business for me but a passion and I want to see the look on your face when you hear something that you've heard a thousand times before for the first time the way it was intended to be heard

Currently working on cleaning an iphone 6s that was submerged in rain water for an extended period. Thankfully the owner had the device in a sealed bag of rice for three days prior to bringing it in, and never tried to turn it on. I have disassembled everything that can be except the buttons, which were in very good shape. Corrosion and rust were cleaned using electronics isopropyl alcohol, with 99.9% anhydrous alcohol content. Soon I'll be putting it back together and seeing if this thing is as tough against water as it was to take apart.

Disclaimer: While the iphone 6s does have some internal water resistance mechanisms in place it doesn't have a water resistance rating and I do not recommend allowing it to get wet.
