We will special order items we don’t have or keep in stock. Our services include hardware and software installations, including windows reinstallations, diagnostics, virus/malware/adware removal, data transfer, networking, and copy & fax services. Onsite service is available on networking, internet, and wireless connections. Every member of our team is highly experienced in computer repair and is held to the highest standards. Our customers are the reason we continue to grow and succeed in our business. We treat our customers with respect and help them make an informed decision, no matter what their level of computer knowledge. Our rates are competitive. We buy in bulk whenever possible, and we shop around for the best prices. We pass the savings on to you in the end. Some of our prices on service include $29 for diagnostics/bench fee, which we waive if we complete the work required. Virus removal starts at $99.00 and windows installations are $129.00. We are open 5 days a week. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday 10 a.m to 2:00 p.m. We are closed on Sunday, & Monday, offering additional hours by appointment.
