November 2023: Our Donor of the Month is Brooks Network Services, LLC! First-time donor, Brooks recently pledged $150,000 to name the Driving Pad of the Public Safety Simulation Complex on Wake Tech East. Dating back three decades, Brooks has worked tirelessly on cutting-edge research and fostering technological advancements within the field of public safety.

Wake Tech East is Wake Tech's newest site, along the Interstate 87/U.S. Highway 64 corridor in Wendell. Opening in Fall 2024, the 106-acre site features university transfer degrees, plus specialized programs in biopharmaceutical technology, engineering, smart manufacturing, sustainability, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), EMS, criminal justice, and public safety.
