Squary AI

Squary AI Workflow-Driven AI for Legal and Regulated Industries Secure. Auditable. Simple by design. Effortless to adopt.

Squary AI is one secure platform where your firm’s case documents, pleadings, transcripts, medical records, spreadsheets, and audio all come together seamlessly integrated into your workflows to deliver clear, source-linked legal answers. Built around the workflows that drive modern law firms, legal departments, and regulated industries, Squary AI connects naturally with case materials, document systems, and review processes. Whether attorneys are reviewing complex contracts, analyzing evidence, preparing for depositions, drafting motions, or compiling compliance reports, the platform adapts to each unique workflow, making AI feel like a natural part of daily legal work, not an added step. Behind each workflow are specialized AI agents that coordinate tasks from clause extraction and chronology generation to drafting summaries, all while syncing securely with your firm’s existing DMS like iManage, SharePoint, or NetDocuments. In 2025, Squary AI evolved into a dedicated Legal AI platform, built entirely around one mission to make legal review, preparation, and analysis effortless, auditable, and workflow-first. What began as an AI platform for data-heavy industries is now focused solely on transforming how law firms, legal teams, and compliance-driven organizations handle case work at scale. Common Legal Workflows Supported:
Personal injury, medical injury, contract review, litigation, compliance, real estate, employment, and IP agreements. From generating deposition questions and summaries to building timelines, comparing clauses, and surfacing key facts — Squary AI accelerates every stage of legal work with precision and traceability. Squary AI Legal - built around how attorneys already work. Advance every case with speed, confidence, and clarity!

If you lead a litigation firm, we'd love to have you at the table.

On Monday, October 26, we're hosting a dinner in Boston for managing partners, COOs, and ops leaders to compare notes on one thing: what's actually working with AI inside litigation firms today.

No slides, no pitch. Just a good meal and an honest conversation with peers.

📅 Oct 26, 6:00–7:30 PM

Squary CEO Sanjay Chopra will be at ClioCon 2026 in Boston, October 26–27.

ClioCon brings together the firms and legal leaders who are working out what AI should actually do inside a practice. For high-volume, document-intensive work like personal injury, workers' comp, and employment, the answer isn't a general AI repurposed for legal. It's consistent, verifiable outputs built on your firm's own methodology, with 100% traceable, page-level citations: work product you can review fast and trust.

If you're attending, Sanjay would like to talk about how AI can fit into the way your firm actually works. Message him at [email protected] to set up time.

Squary AI exhibited at Pittsburgh Robotics & AI Discovery Day last week, closing out Pittsburgh Tech Week at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center alongside 250+ exhibitors from across the robotics, automation, and AI ecosystem.

Co-founders Sanjay Chopra and Justin Waltrip spent the day at booth 936 in the AI & Tech Zone, talking with attorneys, technologists, and operators about what it actually takes to put AI output in front of a client.

Our position on that hasn't changed. Legal teams don't need a general AI repurposed for legal work. They need consistent, verifiable outputs built on 100% traceable, page-level citations: work product you can review fast and trust.

Accuracy matters. Traceability matters. Trust matters.

Good to spend time with Andy Hannah of Blue Street Data, Matt Senske of Efficient Technologies, LeeAnne Haworth of the U.S. Commercial Service in Pittsburgh, Alyssa Theroux of HeadStrait Labs, and Alice Crow of Technical.ly.

Thanks to Pittsburgh Robotics Network and Director of Programs Josh Lucas for organizing RADD, and to everyone who stopped by the table.

We're at ALA Cleveland on September 24 next. Where we'll be after that is in the comments.

We're featured in a new customer story from MongoDB.

Squary AI runs on high-volume, document-intensive legal work: summaries, chronologies, and legal documents built on page-level citations. That workload runs on MongoDB Atlas, with Atlas Search and Vector Search together powering hybrid retrieval across our document sets.

The results, as detailed in the case study:

• 10x the data volume, at lower cost
• One platform to run instead of two, with full visibility into what's happening under the hood via MongoDB Compass

"The migration was surprisingly fast; we adapted our code in a matter of days." (Justin Waltrip, co-founder, Squary AI)

Accuracy matters. Traceability matters. Trust matters. That standard holds at the infrastructure layer, not just the model layer.

Full case study in the comments.

Learn how Squary AI cut search latency from 15 seconds to single digits and handled 10 times more data for less by unifying search on MongoDB Atlas.

Squary AI heads to Cleveland this fall.

Our CEO, Sanjay Chopra, will be in Cleveland three times over the next two months, and we'd love to turn each trip into a chance to connect with the legal community there.

September 2-3: Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Board meeting
September 24: Cleveland ALA Clamfest
October 11-13: NABE Annual Meeting

Squary is a legal AI company built in Pittsburgh with roots at Carnegie Mellon, and Cleveland has quickly become one of our favorite legal communities to work with. If you're a firm leader, in-house counsel, or just curious about where AI actually fits in legal work, this is a great excuse to grab coffee, swap notes, or talk shop in person.

Let's meet in Cleveland this fall. Reach out directly, or find us at any of the events above.

It's going to be a big week for Squary AI in Pittsburgh.

On September 16, we're closing out Pittsburgh Tech Week at Robotics & AI Discovery Day, a free, public event at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center with 10,000+ attendees and 250+ exhibitors across the robotics, automation, and AI ecosystem.

Two days later, on September 18, we're a Business Partner at the PLAA Business Partner Exhibit Show at Rivers Casino, connecting with legal administrators and business partners from across the Pittsburgh legal community.

Different rooms, same message: AI built to turn document-intensive legal work into consistent, scalable work product you can review fast and trust.

Stop by either one and say hello.

Thanks to Pittsburgh Robotics Network for organizing RADD.

Every legal AI tool has its own way of structuring and presenting the work, which means attorneys first have to figure out how to review the output. And reviewing is fast only when you already know where things belong.

A familiar format lets you go straight to the parts that carry risk. An unfamiliar one has to be read end to end before you can tell whether something is missing, because nothing about its structure tells you what should have been there.

That gap can decide whether the software gets opened on the next matter.

That's why we've focused on encoding each firm's own workflows, playbooks, and standards into Squary.

Seeing that translate into 80%+ adoption at a 40-attorney firm has been one of the most validating signals for what we're building.
