Happy National Food Bank Day!🎉

We at Campus Dining & Shops, in collaboration with Food Recovery Network, have performed 1,906 all-time recoveries from our dining halls and Grab & Go locations!
105,496 pounds of food has been recovered and diverted from landfills;
This equivalates to 87,914 meals for our partners.

Our partners are:
🌱UB Blue Table - Serving the UB community
🌱Salvation Army - Housing unit for families with children or pregnant
🌱FeedMore WNY - Feeding homeless and food insecure individuals all across WNY
🌱Hearts for the Homeless - serving homeless across WNY
🌱Heart Love and Soul - serving homeless and food insecure individuals in Niagara County

We also donate perishable food in bulk at the end of every semester to the WNY Food Bank, and we host a weigh the waste event each semester to help reduce the waste and educate the students on how they can help!

At NY Deli & Diner in Talbert Hall, we offer fresh Kosher foods made under Star-K Kosher supervision. We also specialize in a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes.
We've recently had a big refresh to the space, and added a new limited time deli roll to try! (while supplies last) This pastry consists of sliced pastrami, turkey, corned beef and mustard.

🍝 Bravo Pasta is BACK to in-person ordering, and it also has a new and exciting look! For those who may not know, Bravo has been strictly mobile ordering for a while now. We're excited to finally bring back the novelty of watching chefs create your delectable pasta dish right in front of you!
Bravo is located on the second floor of the Student Union next to Edgy Veggies🥗

Move-In Week at Governors has been eventful!
Some of our associates and student employees have been handing out flyers and giving incoming students directions to Governors Dining Center, Cellar and Teddy's Convenience Store! It can be a bit confusing to navigate the building at first, and what better than to have Governor Clinton himself helping out?
