As of 2:13 a.m. on August 7, a power outage affecting Claverack, Clermont, and Germantown per the National Grid website has impacted service. When power is restored, please remember to power cycle your hardware by unplugging it for a minute, then plugging it back in and waiting for it to restart, before calling service :)

We’ve spent the past week helping the Town of Germantown prepare for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Holiday Stroll. A HUGE thank you to Heller's Farm for the beautiful tree, our technicians Nick, Lance and Kris, and Brittany Dufresne and her husband Bill for all of their support year after year. Can’t wait to see the tree all lit up tomorrow night!
