We’re back with even more of what our Main Street Farmers Market customers are making with their Fresh-Tech finds!

This time, we heard everything from fresh salads and sandwiches to our herbs making their way into recipes at a local bakery! 🥗🥪🥖

Magic beans? No, but this “Jade” variety is the best we’ve ever tasted!

Welcome to Part 1 of Fresh-Tech at Your Table! 🧺🥬🍅

This past Wednesday, we had the best time at the Main Street Farmers Market chatting with some of our customers about what they grabbed and how they planned to use it!

From homemade pizza to roasted veggies, we loved hearing all the different ways Fresh-Tech makes it onto your tables!

And after asking, “So what time is dinner?” more than once, safe to say Brad has a few dinners to attend! 😂

It’s one of the questions we get about aeroponic growing, so we’re taking you behind the scenes!

Farm life has a funny way of teaching you things you didn’t necessarily set out to learn 🌱

When we moved closer to our children and grandchildren and started Fresh-Tech Growers, we knew we were beginning a new adventure. What we didn’t know was just how much this new chapter would teach us along the way!

About patience. About starting something new. About knowing where your food comes from. About sharing what you grow. And most of all, about how much goodness can be found in family nearby, fresh food on the table, and relationships with the people around you 🧺🤍

A few things farm life has taught us so far… and we have a feeling there’s still plenty left for us to learn! 🌱
