In addition to our core business, we provide value added services including data security, project coordination, and nationwide transportation.

Logistics is at the heart of our business, and we’re looking to add to our team. As a logistics coordinator, you will develop, maintain, and grow relationships with our fleet of drivers and any companies we subcontract with. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are necessary in this role. If you’re looking to be part of a small company with a national footprint, consider us.

What you’ll do:

Contribute to our company goals through relationship building and effective negotiation.
Negotiate rates with carriers.
Track loads from start to finish to ensure we exceed our customers’ requirements.
Problem-solve when issues arise.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver the highest level of service.
Be honest and proactive in your communication with drivers, customers, and sales staff.

Persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Be a positive team player.
Self-sufficient with common computer applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
