📣 Important Update from Galveston Computer Solutions

After 28 years of proudly serving our community, our business has increasingly shifted toward commercial, onsite, and remote support. As a result, we’re finding it difficult to justify the rising cost of maintaining full-time front office staff for walk-in traffic.

Rather than following the trend of yet another price increase, we’ve made the decision to move to an appointment-only model, effective September 2, 2025.

• Our office doors will remain locked, but…
• Our phones, texts, and email will remain fully active
• All services will now be provided by appointment only, either onsite at your location or via remote support

Hope everyone is finding a way to stay warm and safe during this cold weather. Most of our clients are without power at the moment. While we are running on generator at home and do have internet we are struggling to stay warm. Some of our employees do have power and internet. We are all ready to help as power comes back to your businesses and get servers up and running. Our phones are being answered and emails being returned as fast as posslble.
