IT'S NOT HOPELESS!!

We not only do ads and website design, we create classes to help you guys learn what we do! Of course we will always be here to help you through any tech issues you have, but it's often something that most people can do for themselves. We firmly believe more people would love to learn about their own machines if given the chance, so here you go! ⚠️ PSA from Island King PC:

We’ve helped several locals recently who got scammed by a pop-up that likely:

1. Says your computer has a virus
2. Locks the screen or flashes red
3. Tells you to call Microsoft (or Apple, or McAfee… it’s fake every time)

Once you call, they:

-Ask to remotely connect to your device
-Pretend to “fix” things
-Then charge $200–$500, or worse, install real malware

👉 If you ever see this, don’t panic! You have a way to fight back. Close your browser or restart your PC. NEVER call the number or click any links!! Call us instead — we’ll check it for free and tell you what’s real.

Let’s spread the word — these scammers target anyone they think will panic. Tag a family member or friend who might fall for this so they know what to watch for.
