Great news for our customers! Governor Wolfe signed into law SB1159 on July 7th 2022, extending the the Disaster Declaration for Covid relief until the end of 2022. Clubs are able to keep 100% of their proceeds from their Small Games of Chance until that time. Please note your skill machine money is not included in this law.

The only legal PA Small Games of Chance included in the disaster relief are:
-Pull Tab Games
- Punchboard Games
- Raffles (including special permit raffles)
- Daily Drawings
- Weekly Drawings
- Fifty-fifty (50/50) drawings
- Face Night Games
- Pools
