users outlook crashing after user retrieved an encrypted msg / remoted into users PC using Skype share desktop / opened outlook application / outlook connected to exchange servers then crashed / advised user to run a quick repair and (not the online repair) went to programs and features and directed user to run quick repair / user was in Japan and called on Skype which has to be closed when running the quick repair / advised user to run the repair after closing the Skype application / awaiting customer
